Sue’s sessions and classes are a unique blend of the teachings from Yoga, pilates and somatics with the aim of the classes and sessions to be a nourishing, refreshing, inspiring and self-sustaining experience.
Yoga is for every person no matter your age or gender. Yoga is not about how flexible we are but how deeply we connect our breath, our mindfulness and our spirit to movement and stillness and into our every day lives.
It takes courage, kindness and love to step outside of the known into the unknown, to accept, release and let go to unveil your own inner wisdom to befriend your body and your life, and to find peace of mind. Sue takes great care in creating a safe and nurturing space to help guide and support you along the way. Perhaps you may like to explore moving with ease and grace for yourself.
