understanding functional breathing aand awareness of the subtle breath
traditional yoga asana taught at a slow and steady pace with an emphasis on where to focus your mind
relaxation
time for reflection
Yoga in the early evening is designed to support your nervous system to help you unwind and relax any tension built up througout the day which may lead to a more peaceful and calm evening and sleep.
