Join Sue for a joyful and gentle yoga practice to connect with nature and appreciate the goodness in life.

Feel grounded and full of vitality as you take in the country vista and beauty of the sunflowers.

Sue will guide you through a fun series of movement, mantra & meditation appropriate for all who attend.

$20 – proceeds to Little Haven Palliative Care and Supporting Chemotherapy in Cooloola Inc
